This traditional Cycladic property has been sensitively developed and updated to create three modern studio dwellings, perfect for visitors to Kimolos who enjoy the beach environment and island lifestyle. In the recognizable architectural style of these famous islands, each studio property offers spacious parking area, large garden and unique view of the sea with its sumptuous sunsets. All three studios come with patio space and shaded terraces for ultimate relaxation and serenity.

 

Situated on top of a small hill, Aliki beach, one of Kimolos’s most beautiful sandy beaches is a few meters away!

Accommodation at Alikaki

 

Alikaki comprises three beautiful, newly furnished studios, each with its own comfortable terrace offering amazing views over the Aegean sea. Situated at the summit of a small hill, the Aliki beach, one of the most beautiful on Kimolos, is just 600 meters.

Each one of these unique studios has a fully-equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and bedroom. Depending on the type, our rooms can comfortably accommodate up to four people.

 

*Pets under 10kg are welcome upon request  & a pet fee of 25 € per stay will be applied.

Live an Unforgettable Experience
Alikaki is located 3km from the port of Kimolos, Psathi.Coming off the boat you follow the cars that exit the port and take the slightly uphill road that leads you to the island’s main village, Chorio. After approximately 100 metres, where the road forks, turn left. We have a sign at that point that shows the direction for all Aria Hotel properties of the island. Simply follow the one for Alikaki.You will continue on a winding, uphill road until the crossroads. Turn left, following the sign towards Alikaki, and just 10 metres further on take a right. From that point, continue straight until you find the sign pointing right uphill.You have reached your destination: Welcome to Alikaki Kimolos!Useful Info about the main village "Chorio" At the main village of Chorio there is a community clinic, a post office, and a pharmacy along with bakeries, cafés, tavernas, restaurants, general stores, mini markets, bars and gift shops.There is a gas station in the nearby village of Agios Nikolaos.
