Ground Level

There are two Double Rooms on the ground/street level (Ground Level / Street Level – Deluxe Double and Ground Level / Street Level – Superior Double, 25 sq.m. and 35 sq.m, respectively), each with its own private entrance at the façade of the building.

First & Second Level

The first and second levels comprise four Double Rooms (Superior Doubles – First & Second Level) of 35 sq.m. each.

Location of Fileas Art Hotel

Fileas Art Hotel is an elegant boutique hotel, magnificently positioned in the heart of Chania Town, within walking distance from the entertainment attractions of the Old Port and the major monuments of the ancient city of Chania.

On foot:
Enter Chalidon Street and turn into the first narrow street on the left (Emmanouil Mpalantinou Street). This leads into the square where the Fileas Art Hotel is located (Portou Frangiskou or Emmanouil Mpalantinou Square, also known as 'Kryo Vrysali').

Vehicle restrictions in the Old Town:
The Old City is a restricted zone for vehicles and entrance by car into Chalidon Street is available between the hours of 07:00 and 09:00.

By car:
Enter Pireos Street and turn right at Meletiou Piga Street.

Parking:
Parking in the Old Town of Chania, which is largely pedestrianised, is limited. However, at Pireos Street, directly opposite the Meletiou Piga Street, metered parking spaces are available (Parking "Plaza"). From here, Fileas Art Hotel is only a short distance away (around four minutes on foot). Vehicle restrictions do not apply to these streets.
