Nikolaou Residence
The Nikolaou Residence was the home and studio of the artist Nikos Nikolaou (1909-1986). He was a figure in the art world of the early 20th century and a friend of the painter Yannis Moralis of whom we find a sculpture facing the entrance of the property. Enjoy the island’s unique light, dear to the poets and writers Seferis and Kazantzakis, the painters Nikolaou and Moralis, or the sculptor Kapralos. Accommodation at Nikolaou Residence
RHODI
With its two private terraces and wonderful rooftop view, Rhodi offers a garden oasis of calm in the heart of the property. With a surface of 30sqm, Rhodi has two connected rooms (without door in between), one bedroom with a bathroom and one small sitting room with kitchenette. Rhodi is also able to connect with the adjoining Elia studio to form a 2-bedroom apartment for enlarged family visits.
ELIA
Averaging 32sqm of space and comfort, Elia has two terraces facing the garden and a private courtyard. Guests can unwind in the room’s elegant interior of custom-designed furnishings and contemporary details, inspired by Nikolaou’s heritage and culture. Its warm, modern ambiance is defined by the soft grey color palette.Imagined for a couple, Elia can accommodate up to two adults and one child. Elia is also able to connect with an adjoining Rhodi studio to form a 2-bedroom apartment for enlarged family visits.
FISTIKI
Fistiki (Pistachio in Greek) is the ultimate romantic nest in Aegina with its magnetic view overlooking the pistachio grove and the sea. When not admiring the view, guests can unwind with a Nikolaou art book, or enjoy the private terrace for an evening aperitif or morning coffee. A haven of modern elegance tailored to inspire, the 23sqm Fistiki studio flawlessly blends design and comfort to create a unique Aegean experience. Fistiki is on the first floor and is designed for a couple or solo traveler.
LEVANTA
Averaging 30 sqm of space and comfort, Levanta has a small kitchenette and one terrace facing the garden. Guests can unwind in the room’s elegant interior of custom-designed furnishings and contemporary details, inspired by Nikolaou’s heritage and culture. It’s warm, the modern ambiance is defined by a soft beige color palette.
Suitable for a couple, Levanta can accommodate up to two adults and one child. Levanta is also possible to connect with the adjoining studio Luisa, to form a 2-bedroom apartment for enlarged family needs.
LUISA
With its private terrace and a rooftop with a sea view, Luisa offers a garden oasis of calm in the heart of the property. With a surface of 42.5 sqm, Luisa has a small desk and sitting room. Imagined for a couple or a small family, Luisa can accommodate up to 4 people and is also able to connect with the adjoining Levanta studio to form a 2-bedroom apartment for enlarged family visits.
