Villa Felicity
Villa Felicity is a supreme villa residence nestled in the village of Svoronata minutes away from Kefalonia’s most desirable beaches, the island’s International Airport, and the capital – Argostoli.
The villa measures 350 m² of interior space featuring in total 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which can comfortably accommodate 6-8 guests and 750 m² of exterior space.Villa Felicity boasts a Panoramic pool view and its design follows mainly the “open floor” layout principles, giving to its residents easy access to the indoor & outdoor areas.It has a fully equipped kitchen & dining room, a living room, and a library/study room.
Accommodation at Villa Felicity
Villa Felicity features two (2) master bedrooms one on the ground floor with a king-size bed and one on the upper floor with a queen-size bed, whereas the other two (2) bedrooms are on the ground floor and are equipped with a trundle-type twin bed each.It also features 4 bathrooms, two of them with bathtubs and two with shower.
In the outdoors, there is a uniquely designed private swimming pool (measuring 12.25m *3m on one side & 6.90m on the other side), a jacuzzi spa unit for up to 6 persons, a built-in seating function next to the pool as well as a BBQ set, a furnished outdoor dining/sitting area, private covered parking for 2 cars and surrounding the property well-kept garden areas.
